Can I order something bespoke?

Each stationery item is made to order, so if you’d like something to look different then please ask and this can usually be accommodated.

If you’d like a bespoke stationery item, please contact The Leaf Press to discuss this. There may be an additional charge – this will depend on the extra design time required to create your stationery.

Is there a discount for large orders?

If you wish to order more than 5 of the same item please contact The Leaf Press for a discount.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made online via credit/debit card (Stripe), by PayPal or by bank transfer.

If you prefer not to pay online you can pay by cheque, although the cheque will need to clear before your item is sent. Please contact The Leaf Press if you wish to do this.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free within the UK. Further information about delivery – including international delivery charges – can be found on the delivery information page.

How long will my order take to make and deliver and do you offer a quick option?

Stationery gift orders are made and dispatched within 3 working days. Very occasionally timescales will be longer e.g. if The Leaf Press is closed for a holiday – this will be displayed on the home page.

If you need stationery urgently please let The Leaf Press know – preferably before you order – and everything possible will be done to assist you.

Are my details secure with you?

Yes. All customer information is kept securely and is never passed on to a third party – except your address to Royal Mail/the courier so that your order can be delivered to you. Further information can be found on the Privacy policy page.

Do you offer refunds?

Non-personalised items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt; please notify The Leaf Press that you wish to do this before sending the item. Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a fault. Should you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact The Leaf Press to discuss them.
